Pick the right subject line
To help us route your message to the right person and reply faster, please use one of these prefixes in your email subject:
Bug Report
Something resolved incorrectly. Include the profile URL you pasted, the platform, and what you saw vs. what you expected.
Feature Request
Missing platform, API field or extension behaviour you want added — tell us the use-case.
Takedown
You want a publicly cached profile removed from IDInfo. Include the full
idinfo.ws/<platform>/<user> URL.
Marketing
Sponsorship, advertising or integration partnership — share the proposal in the email body.
Product support
Questions about the Telegram bot, the Firefox add-on, or any of our upcoming apps.
Anything else
Questions about how IDInfo works, the data we cache, or simple feedback — all welcome.
What to include
A short, well-structured message gets a faster reply. For bug reports especially, please include:
- The exact URL you pasted on idinfo.ws.
- The platform involved (X, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and the username.
- What you expected to see and what actually happened (a screenshot helps).
- Your browser and OS, if it’s a UI issue.
