What is Telegram bot?

@idinfows_bot is the fastest way to resolve any Telegram link to its numeric ID. Send the bot a t.me link, an @username, or a phone-number link, and it replies with the user / channel / bot ID, the public name, the profile picture, and the public stats — all in under a second.

It is also the only way to retrieve a Telegram numeric ID from a public link, because Telegram does not expose those IDs through the t.me web preview. The bot uses the official Telegram Bot API, so you get the same data Telegram's own clients see.
