About IDInfo for iPhone & iPad

What is iOS app?

IDInfo for iOS is a tiny native app whose main job is to register a Share-Sheet extension. From any app on your iPhone or iPad — Safari, Instagram, X, TikTok, Telegram — tap "Share → IDInfo", and the extension shows the numeric ID, profile picture, and public stats in a half-sheet without ever leaving the app you were in.

Distributed through the Apple App Store, signed by Apple, no analytics, no signup. The bundle is under 5 MB and works on iOS 16 and later, including the iPhone, iPad, and Apple Vision Pro.

iOS app — common questions

When will the iOS app be available?
Submission to the App Store is planned after the Android version reaches stable. iOS App Review usually takes a few days from submission.
Will it work on iPad?
Yes — the app ships as a universal binary that adapts to iPhone, iPad (Stage Manager and split-view), and Vision Pro.
Will it require iCloud sign-in?
No. The app is fully anonymous and stores nothing in iCloud or anywhere else. Privacy by default.
Will it support iOS Shortcuts and Widgets?
Yes — we plan to ship a Shortcuts action ("Resolve profile URL → ID") and a Lock-Screen widget that shows the most recently looked-up profile.
